Our PTA Holiday Shop is coming up the week following Thanksgiving!! This kid favorite generates huge excitement among our students each holiday season!

It’s a wonderful opportunity for kids (CCES students & their siblings) to shop for the holiday that’s special to their family and choose gifts for their loved ones – for Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, or New Year – or just for fun!

The Shop will run over 3 consecutive afternoons after school – Tuesday December 3rd to Thursday December 5th. Gifts will range in price from 50 cents to $20, with the vast majority of gifts costing less than $5 each.

Don’t forget we are collecting donations of new or like-new small gift items to supplement our inventory for this year’s holiday shop ✨⛄️🎁 So many of us have items lying around the house that our kids have lost interest in – but are still in perfect condition! What a great opportunity to clear stuff out of your house!! It could be kids’ toys, activities, jewelry, or stuff for adults – really any item a child might like to give to a loved one for the holidays! Send items in (or drop them in) to the front office at school marked “holiday shop”. If you are coming in-person to conferences on Monday 11/25, what a perfect opportunity to drop off items then!!

Holiday Shop is fun for our kids and a fundraiser for our PTA – all profits go straight back into enrichments, events and activities for our wonderful CCES students!

Don’t miss the annual kick off to family fun this school year! Bring your own dinner and a blanket or some chairs to sit on. Get to know our Clemens community! Don’t forget some cash to buy a snoball!

You may recall – our Spring Carnival was rained out back in the spring.The silver lining? This year’s back to School Picnic will have a free inflatable obstacle course and bounce house!!!! Don’t miss all the fun. Each child will simply need their adult to sign a waiver at the event on the day, and get a wristband, and then get jump away!

This annual favorite is almost here!! We are looking for plenty of parent volunteers to help the event run smoothly. Sign up here to volunteer some time on the day.

Don’t forget to check out the amazing baskets in this year’s Silent Auction!! All proceeds go to CCES PTA to support our amazing school community! Bid on some amazing baskets from a mother’s day basket filled with spa goodies, fun in the sun basket for outdoor fun, foodie baskets and more! Our silent auction will begin on Thursday, May 9th and end at 6:30 pm on May 10th!

Become a Country Table Host: Share your heritage and connect with our community by hosting a country table! Showcase your culture with a colorful display, artifacts, interesting facts, and traditional food to share. Families are welcome to team up and represent a single region for a more impactful presentation. Each country table host will receive half a cafeteria table sized space for your display. Space is limited to 18-20 countries, so sign up below and be sure to indicate your country. Once you sign up, we will reach out with additional details and answer any questions that you have.
